Sarasota-based commercial real estate professional earns prestigious No. 1 ranking for SVN Florida and Top 3 spot for SVN International
Boynton Beach, Florida (March 1, 2016)—Gail Bowden has earned SVN® Florida’s “Top Advisor” honor for her overall performance in 2015. The 30-year commercial real estate professional based in Sarasota also was named as one of SVN’s Top 3 advisors worldwide.
“I was delighted to learn I was the top producer for 2015 in the state and thrilled to achieve the No. 3 spot on an international level. It has been a very exciting and rewarding year, with some great challenges,” said Bowden. “I love commercial real estate, always strive to reach a higher goal, and have an amazing team. It’s extremely gratifying to see all the hard work pay off.”
Bowden specializes in medical office investment properties and industrial properties, primarily in Florida, but also throughout the United States.
SVN Florida’s Executive Managing Director Jerry Anderson, CCIM, praised Bowden for her creativity and her meticulous approach to complex, nuanced investment projects. He also underscored her achievement in a field traditionally occupied by men. “The commercial real estate industry is a very competitive sector that is largely male-dominated,” he said. “Gail has continually demonstrated outstanding performance and high quality client service. We’re extremely proud of her well-earned achievement.”
Bowden also earned the No. 3 ranking of all SVN advisors on a national level and ranks among the top 2 percent of SVN commercial real estate advisors in the United States. In 2014 and 2015, she earned Partners Circle status, a prestigious designation for SVN advisors.
She has earned a number of other honors in recent years, including her ranking among the top five producers in Florida for 2013 and 2014. She also has been recognized multiple times as the Sarasota office’s Top Commercial Real Estate Advisor of the Year and earned several Top Sale Transaction awards.
