GlobeSt.com Women of Influence Award 2020 recognizes career achievements, outreach and mentorship
Sarasota, Fla. (August 7, 2020) – Highly esteemed commercial real estate advisor Gail Bowden with the SVN Commercial Advisory Group has received honors as a Woman of Influence for 2020. The recognition came from GlobeSt.com, a premier destination for commercial real estate industry content.
GlobeSt.com selects its Women of Influence Award recipients annually from nearly 200 candidates. Criteria include career achievements, community outreach and mentorship in the industry.
“I’m honored to be one of GlobeSt.’s Women of Influence 2020,” said Bowden, a Senior Investment Advisor based in Sarasota, Fla. “My hope is that my success in commercial real estate will inspire and empower other women to have the courage to follow their dreams.”
Bowden serves Sarasota and the surrounding counties. Her career in commercial real estate spans more than 30 years. During that time, she has received several other awards and recognitions of excellence, such as her ranking as the SVN Top Performing Advisor in Florida for both 2015 and 2013. She ranked No. 3 worldwide among SVN advisors in 2015 and No. 2 in 2019.
Some of her other honors include Real Estate Forum’s 2016 Women of Influence, among many other “top sales,” “top producer,” “Partners Circle” and “President’s Circle” recognitions.
